What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, email photos of the damaged product as well as applicable information to support@banjomountain.store. We will respond within 48 hours and will issue a refund immediately (which may take 1-3 days to be reflected at your financial institution) if the product was indeed damaged during shipping.
